Tim helps clients build efficient, high-performing offshore teams aligned with their goals. His practical approach cuts through complexity to make offshoring a strategic advantage.

With 14+ years in CX and operations, Glen helps businesses build loyalty through high-quality interactions. He’s led global teams across eCommerce, gaming, and tech, with experience in Australia, the Philippines, Europe, and North America.

At Parallel, Glen ensures offshore teams are set up for success, overseeing onboarding, performance, and all client touchpoints.

Krizzel Heart Codilla

General Manager

With 17 years of experience across hospitality, IT, and operations, Kriz brings expertise in finance, HR, and sales. Before joining Parallel, she led operations and customer experience at BYD Vehicles in Manila, overseeing four branches nationwide.

As General Manager, Kriz ensures smooth operations, service quality, and compliance while working closely with clients, partners, and leadership to drive growth and efficiency.
